Who the Cup is morning coffee?

Born in social media culture, Morning Coffee brings strategy, creativity and production together as a single integrated practice. We help brands move faster, stay culturally relevant and create content with purpose, from big campaign ideas and real-time coverage to documentaries, branded entertainment and digital experiences. Every project is designed to meet audiences where culture is happening, not after it has moved on.

      Our current soundtrack

No one agrees on the playlist and that’s exactly the point. From emotional support bangers to niche internet gems and songs that completely kill productivity for 20 minutes straight. These are the tracks currently soundtracking Morning Coffee.

      Meet the team

      Augusto Alvarado

Turning caffeine, chaos and culture into social-first ideas.

Part social strategist, part producer, part professional tab-opener. Augusto moves between shoots, strategy decks and Slack threads with a MacBook Air in one hand and a coffee in the other. Raised by internet culture, music rabbit holes and “we can probably build that ourselves” energy, he leads Morning Coffee with a social-first mindset where ideas move fast, aesthetics matter and execution matters even more.

      Roberto López

Directing stories somewhere between cinema and the internet.

Part film director, part edit-room perfectionist, part collector of random visual references at 2AM. Roberto sees content like cinema trapped inside a vertical frame. Armed with a camera, a Premiere timeline and at least one stress ball within reach, he obsesses over light, pacing and the tiny details nobody notices until they’re missing. At Morning Coffee, he’s the eye behind the chaos, turning social content into something people actually want to watch twice.

      Gab Gardini

Powered by mate, references and impossible deadlines.

Part creative director, part idea factory, part unstoppable presentation-generating entity. Gab operates somewhere between Figma files, endless decks, handwritten notes and pure survival instinct. Fast-thinking, absurdly resourceful and capable of handling impossible creative volumes without losing the plot, she turns chaos into concepts and concepts into execution at a speed that honestly worries the rest of the team a little. Whether it’s building campaigns, shaping narratives or helping carry an entire documentary on her back, she’s one of the engines behind Morning Coffee’s creative universe.

      Blanca Fuerte

Turning music obsession and internet culture into editorial gold.

Part editorial director, part music journalist, part walking backstage pass to Spain’s music scene. Blanca has been there since before Morning Coffee even had a name, bringing instinct, taste and an almost unfair ability to turn conversations into unforgettable interviews. Somewhere between a camera, an Instagram tab and a CapCut timeline, she moves through artists, trends and internet culture like she’s permanently tapped into the right frequency. Metalhead, cultural sponge and emotionally invested in basically every project she touches, she’s one of the people shaping the voice, soul and editorial DNA of Morning Coffee.

      Ale Martínez

Hips don’t lie, and neither do badly aligned keyframes.

Part art director, part motion graphics technician, part guardian of visual consistency. Ale lives somewhere between After Effects timelines, perfectly aligned grids and references nobody else noticed were slightly off-brand. Fueled by coffee, keyframes and an alarming level of attention to detail, she brings structure to the visual chaos of Morning Coffee without ever making it feel rigid. Whether it’s building motion systems, polishing frames for hours or defending the brand guidelines like it’s constitutional law, she makes everything look sharper, cleaner and way more intentional.

      Germán Gómez

Where spreadsheets, timelines and good taste somehow coexist.

Part producer, part workflow machine, part spreadsheet athlete. Germán moves between budgets, timelines and social content with the precision of someone trying to 100% a Tony Hawk save file. Usually found wearing headphones, surrounded by Excel tabs and carrying a camera “just in case”, he keeps productions tight, organised and somehow always on time. At Morning Coffee, he’s the bridge between creativity and logistics, making sure the chaos still lands perfectly.

      Ezequiel Monjes

Saving projects and shoots while serving looks.

Editor, performer, and our local queer IT gurl. From layering timelines and dropping fashion & pop references, from underground DJ to folders full of things nobody else can find, but they can pinpoint immediately. Whether they’re editing editorials, hosting in front of the camera, or fixing tech disasters, they bring the same chaotic brilliance to everything they touch. Internet brain, creative diva, and cultural nerd, Eze is one of the reasons Morning Coffee moves the way it does.

      Pablo Blanco

Keeping the chaos organised, one coffee at a time

Part project manager, part human operating system, part caffeine-powered problem solver. Pablo lives between endless Asana boards, glowing computer screens and notebooks full of things nobody else remembered to write down. Always one step ahead and somehow replying before the message is even sent, he keeps Morning Coffee moving at the speed social media demands. Equal parts calm, chaos control and urban music encyclopedia, he’s the reason ideas actually make it out of the group chat.

      Lynn Llanes

Building impossible things with taste, tape and a 3D printer.

Part designer, part prop engineer, part low-budget production wizard. Lynn can turn a random idea, a 3D printer and almost no resources into a set piece that looks suspiciously expensive. Somewhere between tools, motion graphics software and handcrafted details, she builds worlds with the precision of a perfectionist and the instinct of someone who simply refuses to make things look average. Officially she’s a graphic designer, but at Morning Coffee that title stopped making sense a long time ago. She’s one of the agency’s secret weapons, quietly solving impossible creative problems with absurd levels of taste.

We all share the joy of something made for us. Sweetened or spiced just the way we like it. As fresh as morning coffee, we refresh your social content as a brand.
