Rompe X Amazon Music Featuring Marquitos

      Building a world overnight.
For Amazon Music’s ROMPE program, an initiative focused on spotlighting emerging artists shaping the future of Latin music,  Morning Coffee was tasked with developing and producing a social-first visual universe for rising artist Marquitos.

The challenge required creating an entire physical set from scratch under extreme time constraints while delivering a campaign capable of feeling native to internet culture, visually distinctive and scalable across social platforms.

What made the project especially demanding was the turnaround: after presenting two initial creative directions that were ultimately discarded, the entire concept had to be reimagined, designed, built and executed in less than 24 hours before shoot day.

      THE CHALLENGE

Develop a visually impactful campaign that could elevate Marquitos’ identity within ROMPE while operating under the realities of modern music marketing:

      • Extremely short timelines
      • Constant creative pivots
      • High content volume demands
      • Social-first consumption behavior
      • The need for instantly recognizable visual identity

The project required Morning Coffee to move far beyond traditional production execution.
The team had to rapidly rethink the creative direction, redesign the visual language and physically construct a fully functional set in record time without compromising quality or originality.

At the same time, the content needed to feel authentic to the artist’s world while maintaining the elevated visual standards expected from Amazon Music campaigns.

      THE APPROACH

Morning Coffee approached the project as a hybrid exercise between creative agency thinking and agile production execution.

Once the original directions were discarded, the team rapidly developed a new concept designed specifically for short-form platforms and high visual retention. The solution combined:

      • Custom set construction
      • Art direction built around internet-native aesthetics
      • Fast iterative creative decision-making
      • Flexible production workflows
      • Social-first framing and shot design
      • Dynamic lighting and reactive camera work
      • High-energy editing optimized for engagement

The entire set was built inside Morning Coffee’s own studio, transforming the space into a fully controlled creative environment capable of adapting quickly during production.

The operation became a real demonstration of the studio’s integrated workflow:
creative ideation, production design, set building, lighting, filming, editing and delivery operating simultaneously under one roof.

      THE RESULT

Despite the extreme turnaround time, the campaign successfully delivered a visually distinctive piece of content capable of standing out within the fast-moving language of social platforms.

      The project showcased:

      • Morning Coffee’s ability to operate under high-pressure production environments
      • End-to-end creative and production integration
      • Rapid-response set design and execution capabilities
      • Agile workflows built for modern entertainment marketing
      • A strong balance between internet culture aesthetics and premium brand execution

More importantly, the campaign became an example of how limitations can become creative accelerators when strategy, craft and execution operate as one unified system.

What started as a production emergency became a statement of capability.
